- Diagnosis and Support: After your inquiry has been submitted, a CSC staff member will contact you.
- Follow-Up: The information from the initial contact is documented in a Customer Relations Management (CRM) file to better support you now and in the future. The whole process is documented in a machine log, which helps us to identify patterns and better tailor our services to meet your facilities' needs. The CSC staff meets every morning to discuss the status of works in progress to insure that no means of support are overlooked.
