The Quality Engineer works closely with Director of Manufacturing and other departmental leaders to identify key quality issues (process, output, training, etc.) that require definition and improvement commensurate with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
Business Analyst/Helpdesk Support
The Business Analyst/Helpdesk Support position is responsible for determining the needs of internal business systems and work with external vendors and programmers to understand and develop changes within the organization. This position will also oversee all phases of development, testing, and implementation.
Sales & Project Management Coordinator
The Sales & Project Management Coordinator provides technical assistance to Sales Engineers and Project Managers throughout all sales processes and project phases. This includes production of project documentation, examination of contracts, development and maintenance of procedures and processes, meeting coordination and record keeping, and technical analysis of customer requirements among other responsibilities.
Support Track: Utility
The Support Track: Utility position provides facilities and material support throughout the manufacturing facility, assisting other shop classifications as needed.
Support Track: Material Coordinator - Shipping/Receiving
The Material Coordinator receives, ships, monitors, and moves inventory utilizing computer and related software, organizing and maintaining the location of that inventory as well as related paperwork.
Specialist Track - Machinist
Personnel in the Specialist Track are direct labor personnel who are highly skilled in a specific trade who may also have limited skills in other trades and add value inside the manufacturing environment. This is a non-exempt hourly position in the Manufacturing Department. Candidates may be asked to work any shift, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as defined by Company needs.
The Service Technician will perform all activities associated with installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of the company’s state of the art CNC precision machine tools and related equipment for the railway industry.
