The Mechanical Engineer will develop engineering designs, specifications, cost estimates, technical specifications, and material specifications for high quality, state of the art CNC precision machine tools and related equipment for the railroad industry. This position is responsible for the related design analysis, detailed documentation, and coordination with operations personnel to produce the finished products.
Automation and Control Systems Engineer
The Automation and Control Systems Engineer works as part of a team to create and implement control systems for computer controlled machine tools, measuring systems, presses, SCADA systems, and automation systems (commercial 6 axis robotic arms, Cartesian robots, custom-designed and built material and data handling systems), with an emphasis on software development. In addition to working as part of a team, you will be given the responsibility to complete many projects independently.
Specialist Track - Industrial Painter
The Industrial Painter (Industrial painting, coating, and surface preparation) will be responsible for painting, coating, and surface preparation as well as to assure that all applicable materials meet the customer specifications and achieve superior quality and detail in regards to surface treatment. Personnel in the Specialist Track are direct labor personnel who are highly skilled in a specific trade who may also have limited skills in other trades and add value inside the manufacturing environment.
Specialist Track - Mechanical Assembly
The Mechanic is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical assembly functions independently under general supervision.
The Service Technician will perform all activities associated with installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of the company’s state of the art CNC precision machine tools and related equipment for the railway industry.
