Customer Service Administrator
The Customer Service Administrator position reports to the Customer Service Center Manager within our Customer Service Center (CSC). The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for working and coordinating directly with the CSC.
Automation and Control Systems Engineer
As an Automation and Control Systems Engineer, you will work as part of a team to create and implement control systems for any and all of the products listed above with an emphasis on software development. In addition to working as part of a team, you will be given the responsibility to complete many projects independently.
The Quality Engineer works closely with Director of Manufacturing and other departmental leaders to identify key quality issues (process, output, training, etc.) that require definition and improvement commensurate with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
Specialist Track - Machinist
The Specialist Track - Machinist position produces machine parts using a variety of machinery and tools in a safe, efficient, and timely manner for specialized machine tool manufacturing.
The Service Technician will perform all activities associated with installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of the company’s state of the art CNC precision machine tools and related equipment for the railway industry.
